About ADSV

SEI’s Anti-Domestic & Sexual Violence (ADSV) Program provides culturally specific crisis intervention, safety planning, and case management services for survivors of sexual and domestic violence.

  • To be screened for services, please call our live hotline (503) 972-3698 Monday through Thursday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM to speak with an advocate.

    Please be aware that enrollment eligibility is based on caseload availability and screening criteria. We receive a high volume of calls and emails. Our advocates work to get back to you as quickly as possible. Hotline calls placed outside of office hours will be forwarded to Call to Safety. Please continue to check our website for updates about programming.

  • Shelter referrals and short term motel vouchers (voucher availability is not guaranteed).

    Emergency transportation to a safe location.

    Advocate availability for urgent services can be limited. Please contact Call to Safety at 503-235-5333 to speak with a confidential advocate right away.

  • An advocate can help you create a safety plan that is suitable to your circumstances.

  • Advocates help survivors navigate the resources they need to get safe and stay safe

    Advocates often help negotiate and communicate with landlords, employers, and case managers from other programs and agencies

    There is a broad range of services and opportunities that advocates can help survivors access.

  • Advocates are available during hotline hours to provide information regarding the DV Housing system and instructions for accessing those services.

  • A multi-week group for Black and African American women (18+) to learn about trauma, sisterhood, and resilience in the face of new traumas.

ADSV Advocates

Provide intense short-term family services in a way that is compassionate and effective and adheres to culturally appropriate and trauma-informed best practices.

The ADSV program is funded by the State of Oregon, and works in partnership with call to safety (formerly Portland Women’s Crisis Line)
